I have a little redwood tree on my front porch in Portland (one of those little tiny slips from Trees of Mystery) that is going gangbusters this spring, adding at least 4 inches to its approximate 14-inch height...<br />As for rabid foxes, I seem to be hearing more about them these last few years...<br />My mom had a too-close-for-comfort encounter with a mountain lion whilst taking out the garbage in Sunny Brae.<br />And years ago, I remember one of our neighbors had his toe bitten by a (possum?
